How does Mr. Flower Sydney work?

At Mr. Flower Sydney, we carefully select beautiful bouquets for you year-round with our 365 Blooms series.

For something truly special, our Florist Omakase series allows our talented florists to create delightful surprises, making each arrangement unique and personalised just for you.

What size bouquets do you offer?

We offer our main series in sizes ranging from S to XL.

The size of our Bulk Blooms series varies depending on the specific flower varieties available.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most areas in Sydney.

Our delivery partner, GoPeople, works with us to provide this service.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Our delivery costs are not included in the price of the bouquet.

All blooms are delivered fresh on your nominated delivery date. For local deliveries handled by our staff, a nominal fee may be applied.

For all other deliveries, the fee is calculated and charged by our logistics partner, GoPeople, based on the distance and delivery time.

Can I select a time for my delivery?

You can select a delivery date, but the exact delivery time depends on the workload of our logistics partner on that day and cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed before 12 PM can be delivered as early as the next day.

For same-day urgent orders, please call 0468 925 742 to confirm availability, but it will cost a little extra!

I have provided the wrong address, what should I do?

Don’t worry!

Please contact us via info@mrflowersydney.au or 0468 925 742 as soon as possible.

If the flowers haven’t left the shop yet, we can help you update the address.

How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?

You’ll receive a tracking link from our delivery partner, GoPeople, as soon as your bouquet is on its way with the driver.

Once it’s been delivered, you’ll get another email confirming the delivery.

Will my blooms look exactly like the picture on the website?

For our 365 Blooms series, we strive to ensure that what you see on our website closely matches what you receive.

However, for the Florist Omakase series, because the arrangements are created based on your preferences and budget, they may not look exactly like the picture but will be uniquely designed to delight you.​

The availability and variety of the flowers are highly dependent on several factors, including the kind of season and abundance of supply.

Hence, while we do our best to send out the orders based on your specific requests, unforeseen circumstances may arise, which might require substitution.

These may include an alternative color, flower, or arrangement.

​Nevertheless, you will be informed of any last-minute changes to determine your willingness to pursue the transaction.

Should you opt to cancel the order, a full refund will be provided. It is worth noting, however, that if we do not receive any response from your end, we will assume that you sanction the substitution and would be willing to pursue the order.
