Refund policy

If ever mistakes were made during ordering, make sure to communicate with us promptly, so changes can be accommodated. Should we suspect an error was committed, such as an incorrect quantity or address, we will get in touch with you to clarify. 

For any concerns or dissatisfaction regarding your order, please contact us within 36 hours from the receipt of your parcel.

Depending on the case, returns or replacements can be made, provided that a photo of the original order was taken or the flowers were not disposed of.

In line with this, Mr. Flowers Sydney shall shoulder the costs of re-delivery. Upon diagnosing the problem, a partial or full refund may be issued.
