Terms and Conditions
SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions indicated in this document shall encompass all transactions between Mr. Flowers Sydney and its customers and should therefore be binding unless otherwise modified. Any deviations from the policies herein shall be agreed upon by all parties concerned and be documented in written form.
SECTION 2 – PRIVACY POLICY
To process orders and ensure smooth delivery, Mr. Flowers Sydney will collect some of your personal information, which may include your name, address, and contact number, among others. With your consent, you may also receive future updates from our store through the e-mail address that you provide. All your personal data are bounded by pertinent privacy laws and will only be used for your transactions within the store. They will not be shared with any third-party entities without your consent.
In the case of a merger, your information may be shared with the new owners, so you could continue to avail yourself of the store’s products and services. However, we reserve the right to disclose your information should we be compelled by the law to do so or if any violations were made. Should you wish to withdraw consent, feel free to contact us immediately.
The store observes the best practices of data protection to keep your data safe and secure. This is also to ensure that your information is not maliciously accessed, altered, or misused.
SECTION 3 – DELIVERY
Mr. Flowers Sydney partners with professional couriers to deliver your orders safely and quickly. Delivery is open every day, and same-day delivery is an option subject to the order’s availability. Furthermore, customers may opt to schedule a future delivery or collect the items they order at the store. Regrettably, damages during the delivery are already beyond the control of the store; thus, Mr. Flowers Sydney may not be able to provide a full refund.
SECTION 4 – AFTER DELIVERY
Flower care is important to keep the flowers fresh for a long period. Hence, customers should observe the following upon receipt of the order:
Mr. Flower Sydney cannot provide refunds for damages incurred due to improper post-delivery care. However, if the flowers do not last for at least three days, you may contact the store to request assistance. Depending on the situation, we may provide a refund altogether, although we would retrieve the original flowers to assess what went wrong. Unfortunately, if the original flowers were disposed of without any photos, re-delivery will not be granted.
SECTION 5 – SUBSTITUTIONS
The availability and variety of the flowers are highly dependent on several factors, including the kind of season and abundance of supply. Hence, while we do our best to send out the orders based on your specific requests, unforeseen circumstances may arise, which might require substitution. These may include an alternative colour, flower, or arrangement.
Nevertheless, you will be informed of any last-minute changes to determine your willingness to pursue the transaction. Should you opt to cancel the order, a full refund will be provided. It is worth noting, however, that if we do not receive any response from your end, we will assume that you sanction the substitution and would be willing to pursue the order.
SECTION 6 – REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS
If ever mistakes were made during ordering, make sure to communicate with us promptly, so changes can be accommodated. Should we suspect an error was committed, such as an incorrect quantity or address, we will get in touch with you to clarify.
For any concerns or dissatisfaction regarding your order, please contact us within 36 hours from the receipt of your parcel. Depending on the case, returns or replacements can be made, provided that a photo of the original order was taken or the flowers were not disposed of. In line with this, Mr. Flowers Sydney shall shoulder the costs of re-delivery. Upon diagnosing the problem, a partial or full refund may be issued.
SECTION 8 – PAYMENT

SECTION 7 – REFUNDS POLICY
Generally, refunds will be reimbursed using the same payment method used and the processing may last up to 5 business days. However, other modes of reimbursement may be available upon request.
Requests for refunds based on the circumstances herein should all be made within 72 hours from the receipt of your order. Any concerns shall be communicated with us immediately.
SECTION 9 – CANCELLATION
Cancellations should be made at least 36 hours before the set delivery date to avail of the full refund. Any cancellations that are done much later shall be dealt with on a case-to-case basis and will only be accommodated if the preparations for the order have not yet begun.

SECTION 11 – RESERVATIONS
Mr. Flower Sydney reserves the right to modify any portion of this document should necessity demand. However, rest assured that all customers will be notified regarding relevant updates to these terms and conditions and that all channels, including, but not limited to, the store’s website and social media pages, will be utilised for information dissemination.
SECTION 12 – ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
By placing an order, you hereby declare that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions contained herein, along with the potential risks and changes that may arise. Furthermore, you acknowledge that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your ability and that you will communicate any changes pertinent to the transaction the soonest time possible.
