    1. Cut 1 cm off the bottom of the stems and place the flowers in a vase filled with water.
    2. Keep the flowers away from direct air conditioning and sunlight.
    3. Change the water in the vase regularly, maintaining the water level.

    Mr. Flower Sydney cannot provide refunds for damages incurred due to improper post-delivery care.

  • ♢ If You're Not Satisfied

    For any concerns or dissatisfaction regarding your order, please contact us within 36 hours from the receipt of your parcel. Depending on the case, returns or replacements can be made, provided that a photo of the original order was taken or the flowers were not disposed of. In line with this, Mr. Flowers Sydney shall shoulder the costs of re-delivery. Upon diagnosing the problem, a partial or full refund may be issued.
